Proposed Deed Review
We send you a proposed Mineral & Royalty Deed for your review. Once you approve, sign, and notarize the deed, we proceed to the next step.
Deed Execution
After you send us a digital copy of the signed and notarized deed, keep the original until you receive payment confirmation.
Funds to Seller
Upon receipt of the digital copy of the executed deed, we will transfer the agreed purchase price in full using your preferred payment method (wire transfer, check, or cashier’s check).

After completing the due diligence, we will send you a proposed Mineral & Royalty Deed for your review. Once you approve the deed, you will sign it and have it notarized. This deed is the official document that transfers your mineral rights to Paint Rock Royalty.
How do I execute the Mineral & Royalty Deed?
To execute the deed, you will need to sign and notarize the document. Once this is done, you will send us a digital copy of the executed deed. You should keep the original deed until you receive confirmation of funds from us, ensuring that your rights are fully protected until the transaction is complete.
